The book
A Story of Organisational Transformation
A business novel that follows Matt, a newly appointed change agent, through the politics, resistance and small wins of a real transformation. The company is fictional. The situations, interventions and lessons come from three decades of leading change across Asia-Pacific. It is the foundation of the six interventions in the Making Change Happen engagement.
“I enjoyed reading your book, especially the way the core ideas are communicated in a grounded and practical way. The discussion of forces and KPIs also struck a chord with me.”
Rahul Kapoor, David W. Hauck Professor and Chair, Management Department, The Wharton School
